I can appreciate what the founders/owners are trying to do here. Love that it is Nigerian owned. Received a voucher to come in and was looked after from beginning to end. Brought two of my friends in from Australia who are of Ghanian heritage and they loved it also and found it professionally run (found out we could get a free hair consult when we book in). Reasonable priced products, well thought out service - loved the staff training and capacity building element to the business also. Well done NGT.

I do not understand why I won’t be allowed in with my 10months old baby except I have a nanny. It’s very very upsetting and irritating! Does everyone have to come in with a baby sitter? And if yes, how can I be comfortable leaving a barely one year old with my babysitter at the reception downstairs! Naaaahhhh! Not for me!
